The Northbrook Hockey League takes photos and video of participants in games, practices, events and other gatherings. By signing this waiver, you are giving permission to the Northbrook Hockey League to use these photos and videos in club publications, on the club’s website and posted on social media outlets. All photos and video are the property of the Northbrook Hockey League.
