Team Managers

Thank you very much for volunteering as team managers. 

At the beginning of each season a meeting will be set up to provide information on what to expect during the season and set you up with resources to help you along the way. If you have questions or need assistance at any point, the people listed in the contact section on this page will be able to assist.

In the meantime, there are some pre-reqs that need to be done. Please do this asap as the safe sport and if required the background screening needs to be completed asap.

1. Please use this link to register as team managers for the 2025-26 season (Northbrook Bluehawks). This allows us to add you to the team managers’ group so that we can communicate via the chat feature in the crossbar app.

2. You will receive an email from Crossbar for the position of team manager. Once you accept you will be added to the team page as the manager.

3. Download the crossbar app as we will be using the chat feature to communicate with you

4. All Squirt, Peewee and Bantam team managers are required to have USA hockey numbers and complete the safe sport training. There is no cost for you to do this. The document titled USA Hockey Number and Safesport Instructions.docx provides instructions on how you can obtain a USA hockey number and complete the safe sport training. You may be prompted to complete a background check. Please complete it and pay the fees. You can submit the reimbursement request for the fees along with the receipt via email to the club.
